Nokia No Can Do

I am feeling copious amounts of frustration and angst from my Nokia 6500 Classic.
Bought it on 23 Jan 2008.
Sent it for servicing about 4 weeks ago: LCD screen not working, cannot charge, hangs intermittently.
So they changed the screen and installed a software upgrade. Took about 1 week plus.
