Lousy Service at PS Cafe at Dempsey

First of all this place is very, very inconspicuous. Hard to locate if you do not know the unit number. Even if you know the number, the sign is covered by parked cars.

So we went to Plaza Singapura (PS) on Saturday to shop at the World of Sports outlet.
