I wanted to buy a pair of walking shoes for my mum.
So we went to Plaza Singapura (PS) on Saturday to shop at the World of Sports outlet.
Was browsing around and asked a staff for help to get a pair of comfortable walking shoes.
He was extremely professional in giving advice, selecting and bringing us various shoes and sizes. And very warm.
Sometimes you just know when it’s service direct from the heart.
When I was trying out a pair of running shoes for myself, he even showed me a new way to tie my laces for better grip and comfort.
Forgot your name on your tag, but I’m sure many customers and your fellow colleagues appreciate your good spirit. We need more service staff in Singapore with your right attitude.
