Dear Singtel Mobile, please act on it.
Else face the wrath of one plus one plus one….you do the math of grapevine grievances.
I telephoned the Singtel mobile hotline on Friday 11th April.
Told them that I have a problem receiving and calling out from my home area (Keppel) due to poor reception. My sis uses Starhub and got no problem.
So they say they’ll get their network guys to check it out, perhaps can revert to me by Monday 14th or Tuesday.
Yesterday was Monday 21st April. No call. Nothing.
So I called their hotline again to remind them to update me as I did not pay my mobile phone bills to suffer such poor reception. It’s also affecting my property business.
Will wait and see.
Then probably will write in to Straits Times.
